Kristina Narvaez is owner of ERM Strategies, LLC which is an Enterprise Risk Management research and consulting firm that focuses on identifying, assessing, and analyzing the root causes of various types of risks that could impact the successful outcome of an organization's strategic plans. She does this by working with the C-Suite and Board of Directors to develop risk controls and a risk monitoring system to better manage those types of risks.
She graduated from the University of Utah in Environmental Risk Management and received her MBA from Westminster College. She is a two time Spencer Education Scholar from Risk and Insurance Management Society and has taught strategy as an adjunct professor at Brigham Young University and as an adjunct professor at UCLA Extension, teaching an Enterprise Risk Management course called "Designing and Implementing an Enterprise Risk Management Program in Your Organization." In addition, she is currently an adjunct professor at the University of Utah
