Mala Grewal Bio
Mala Grewal is a successful executive coach, facilitator, consultant,
speaker and author who can help to connect us all to our highest
potential in a measurable way. Her work with global companies,
including Visa, Nestle, Exxon, Apple and IBM, has resulted in authentic engagement and cultures delivering on key business results year over year.
Mala currently facilitates to leadership teams with General Assembly,
Franklin Covey and InsideOut Development. She has worked on change initiatives with the United States Navy, as a regional vice president at Partners in Leadership, and as founder and CEO of Talent Catalyst, a career performance consultancy committed to connecting Millennials to their highest performance in a measurable way. She has an MA in organizational behavior from the University of San Diego and a BA in communications marketing from BYU.
Caroline Welty Bio
Caroline Welty is a talent network cultivator, having placed candidates
in entry to senior level positions at the financial industries leading
firms, namely JP Morgan and Citibank, for ten years. Her combined
experience on the trading floor and as a Human Resource Business
Partner offer her a unique vantage point when connecting talent from
calling to market fit. She is a negotiation and people strategy wizard, successfully acquiring and retaining top talent around the globe.
Caroline is currently the President of Talent Catalyst. During her graduate studies, Caroline worked abroad in India at a non-profit organization where she was able to solidify a relationship with the top micro finance organization. Caroline was actively involved in the financial literacy and health care education program for local women Caroline was born in New York City and grew up in Utah, Colorado, Nebraska, and Tennessee. She enjoys adventure travel and is an avid skier, marathon runner and cyclist. She has an MA in organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a BS in finance from BYU-Idaho.
